SC Unbound Traveler SRL does not process in any way the customer’s card data, so for the correct completion of the transaction, you will be transferred to the Netopia payment platform where you will safely enter the data necessary to authorize the transaction.
5. Cancellation and refund terms
For guided tours in person:
- Pentru orice anulare a turului sau neprezentare la punctul stabilit de intalnire, nu se va restitui suma achitată pentru acesta.
- If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond the control of both parties, the full amount paid will be refunded.
For online audio tours:
Online guided tours are instantly activated and can be used immediately on the tour page, so cancellation is not possible, as the order is non-refundable.
6. Delivery
Imediat dupa finalizarea comenzii vei primi pe mail informatiile despre rezervare/confirmare.
For guided tours in person, delivery takes place at the meeting point set during the tour. There the user receives the tour guide paid online.
For online audio tours, delivery takes place instantly after payment processing, with the user receiving access to the ordered audio guide on the tour page. The audio tour can be accessed at any time when the user is logged into the customer account and accesses the ordered tour page.
7. Rights and Restrictions of Site Users
Users have the right to information based on the content presented on the site. Users’ opinions can be expressed by commenting on articles, opting to share on social networks, contacting us and subscribing to the newsletter.
